REGISTRATION
- Attendance is free, but registration is required — especially for official invitees.
- Opens: Wednesday, 3 September 2025

- Registration does not guarantee seating at all sessions.
- Your data will be deleted following the conclusion of the event.

- If a session reaches capacity, we encourage you to attend one of the parallel sessions.

ONLINE PARTICIPATION
Select sessions will be streamed live online. Access links will be published on the official website.Note: in-person workshops will not be streamed.
INTERPRETATION SERVICES
KPW25 will primarily operate in Somali Maay and Maxaa, with selected sessions in English.To promote broader accessibility:
- AI-powered multilingual interpretation will be available.
- Access via QR code and earphones for real-time translation.
NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES
KPW25 is more than an event — it’s a platform for community, connection, and collaboration.
- Networking breakfasts & coffee breaks (Friday–Monday).
- Informal discussions with speakers and participants.
VISA & TRAVEL SUPPORT
- KPW25 does not issue visa letters or travel assistance.
- Southwest State Government is offering limited support and accommodation for 2025.
- Check the Somali government immigration portal for visa guidance.
- Enhanced support expected for KPW26 (2026), Insha Allah.
